heuchera in bloom

BRILLIANT IN DAPPLED SHADE

Also called coral bells, heuchera shines in the shade and provides large splashes of color from tangy red to deepest purple. Only the coldest winters will kill their ruffled leaves to the ground, but fear not, for they shall return in spring.

  • Grows in shade, partial shade or morning sun
  • Low growing, mounding shape
  • Prefers moist soil with added compost

DIAMONDS IN THE RUFFLES

The common name ‘coral bells’ comes from the tiny flower spikes heuchera send up in late spring.
