McLendon Hardware, Inc. will collect and use information obtained from payment card transactions for business purposes only. These business purposes include the payment for in???store merchandise, installation orders, special orders, customer payment accounts and online transactions.

The payment card information provided by you to McLendon Hardware, Inc. will be stored in a confidential manner. Our team members may access such information only when there is an appropriate business reason to do so. Physical, electronic and procedural safeguards are maintained to protect your information, and our team members are required to follow all privacy standards.

Disclosure of Your Information

McLendon Hardware, Inc. does not disclose any nonpublic information (including but not limited to payment card numbers and their expiration dates) about our customers or former customers to anyone, except as required by law. We disclose information only when it is necessary for the conduct of business in areas including but not limited to processing transitions, maintaining your account(s), responding to court orders or legal investigations, or report to credit bureaus . We do not disclose information about you to other entities that may want to sell their products.
