We've lowered our shipping prices again!
We've added an additional shipping partner with the United States Postal Service for fast and inexpensive shipping for smaller packages. For smaller packages, you can still expect the great level of package delivery and security that we provide, but now with much cheaper rates!
Shipping Information
- All shipments, including priority and express, are sent via UPS or the United States Postal Service (USPS). We analyze each order that is being shipped out, and depending upon it's weight and the address provided, our system automatically displays the correct calculations for which shipping service would be cheaper. Because we utilize the USPS for many of our packages, we can ship to P.O. boxes, as well as APO and FPO addresses.
- Shipping methods, times, and rates are determined by your order weight, shipping country or zip code, and desired shipping time. For this reason, exact shipping methods, rates, and delivery times can only be displayed after you log in to your account and will be displayed upon checkout.
- You can change your shipping options at any time for items that have not been charged by accessing "My Account". Shipping options cannot change after items have been charged due to the fact that they have already entered the shipping process.
Holidays
For U.S. holidays, shipping may be slightly delayed. The United States Postal Service does not ship or deliver on the following dates:

Upgraded Shipping Methods and Worldwide Shipping
Prices shown next to each shipping method during Checkout reflect the total price if all items arrive together and are shipped in the same package. If items are shipped separately, additional shipping costs may occur. We will notify you of additional shipping costs prior to shipment for your review.
Shipping Options
On checkout, you will be able to set shipping options that can save you money or speed up delivery for U.S. upgraded shipping methods and worldwide shipments:
- Hold My Items: If your order contains more than one item, you can choose this shipping option to hold all your items at our warehouse for the amount of days you specify to consolidate your order. Items that come in after this date will ship out at the shipping method you chose.
Lost / Incorrectly Addressed Mail
- Lost Mail: If your package hasn't arrived within the maximum time quoted for the shipping method you've chosen, please contact our customer service department @ CustomerService@McLendons.com. Include your order number, and what items haven't arrived.
- Make sure your shipping address is correct. Additional shipping charges will apply if an order is returned to us because of an incorrect shipping address, and needs to be re-shipped.
