No-Hassle Return & Exchange Policy - Your Receipt Guarantees It! An original receipt is required for all returns and exchanges of products purchased at any McLendon Hardware, Inc. location. No copied or disfigured receipts will be accepted. Returns and exchanges can be made for up to 1 (one) year after purchase. Picture Identification is required for all refunds, exchanges and store credits and is documented by our cashiers. Refunds will be given in:
Returns without an original receipt may receive a Store Credit only. The value of the merchandise will be calculated at the lowest selling price during the past year. To receive a full refund or credit, merchandise must be complete with all parts, directions and packaging even if it is defective. Special Orders are not eligible for return. Custom-cut items are subject to a restocking fee of 25%. We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange of certain products including but not limited to those that have been installed incorrectly and/or used improperly, chemicals that have been partially used and are not in saleable condition, and used power equipment.
