Our return policy is as stated below:
Returns and Exchanges can be made for up to 6 months. Sales on Holiday/Seasonal products are final.
Refunds will be credited to the same bank/credit card or Paypal account that was used for the purchase.
Merchandise ( including defective merchandise) must be complete with all parts, directions and packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges including but not limited to:
- Items ordered in quantity 10 or greater
- Items that have been installed incorrectly and/or used improperly.
- Chemicals that have been partially used.
- Used Power Equipment.
- Other products not saleable.
- Toilet seats are not returnable after packaging has been open due to health regulations.
- We can refuse or limit the number of returns and exchanges if the validity of the transaction or the identification of the customer is in question.
Bank/Credit Card Sale Policy:
- McLendons.com only takes Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover cards for online purchases.
- To Protect our customers, all bankcard, debit and check card purchases must be validated with the bank to confirm a valid shipping address on file with the bank, along with the credit card's CVV number.
Return Instructions and Shipping Charges
- Please contact Customer Service (1-877-505-1502) to obtain authorization to return your item. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
- If an item is defective or damaged in shipping McLendons.com will issue a return shipping label/call tag. When we receive your authorized return, we will issue a credit back to the original bank/credit card or Paypal account for the amount of the item, return shipping,plus any applicable tax, along with the outgoing shipping charge if the item is being returned. If exchanged, the item will be reshipped to you without additional shipping costs.
- If an item is not defective or damaged, McLendons.com will gladly take it back, however shipping charges to and from McLendons.com are not refundable. It is your responsibility to make sure the returned item arrives undamaged. When we receive your authorized return, we will issue a credit back to the original bank/credit card or Paypal account for the amount of the item plus any applicable tax only.
