McLendons.com has cancelled this item. You will only see us cancel an item if payment is not received after a declined card, or your bank has informed us that your shipping information does not match bank records. Your card has not been charged, and this item will not be shipped to you.

Payment was initially collected for this item, but we have issued a credit per your request, and cancelled this item from your order. Payment has been refunded back to your credit card for this item

Credit Issued: Wrong Item Received

On Hold: Incorrect Billing Information
To prevent unauthorized people from using credit cards that do not belong to them, McLendons.com has a proprietary system that allows us to verify exact billing information on all credit card accounts. If we cannot verify your card information, or your billing or shipping information is not authorized on your credit card account, we will not be able to process your card. Your bank has not been able to verify the information listed on your account. You will want to call your bank and update your billing address and verify that your shipping address is approved for use.

On Hold: Payment Declined
Your payment has been declined by your bank, and you will need to provide either new credit card information or e-mail customer service and inform us of when your payment is expected to clear. Contacting us quickly is important to keep your order from expiring, as your order will automatically expire if we do not hear from you within 14 business days. To update your payment information, log in to your account and click "View and Change Order Details" for any declined orders. Choose "Update your payment information for this order" and add new payment details. We will then retry processing your payment with new details within 24 hours.

On Hold: Payment Declined - Invalid CVV Card Security Code
Your payment has been declined by your bank because the CVV Card Security Code you entered is incorrect. You will need to enter new credit card information with the correct CVV Card Security Code. To update your payment information, log in to your account and click "View and Change Order Details" for any declined orders. Choose "Update your payment information for this order" and add new payment details. We will then retry processing your payment with new details within 24 hours.

On Hold: Payment Declined - Expired Card
Your payment has been declined by your bank because your Credit Card has expired. You will need to enter new credit card information with a valid expiration date. To update your payment information, log in to your account and click "View and Change Order Details" for any declined orders. Choose "Update your payment information for this order" and add new payment details. We will then retry processing your payment with new details within 24 hours.

On Order
This item is not in stock at our warehouse in Renton, and needs to be ordered in. Items on order typically arrive into our warehouse in Renton within 2 weeks, if not sooner. We usually keep items on order for up to 45 days (unless your item has already been shipped to our warehouse in Renton and it is scheduled to arrive within a few days past this 45 day limit), and some items may take this long to arrive. We do not have any exact arrival times of items on order. While your item is on order, we do not collect payment, and we will keep you updated by sending out weekly e-mails letting you know of status changes in your order.
